In this unique and fun seminar, we look at getting back to the basics of nutrition - macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates and fats), and micronutrients (vitamins, minerals and water). Learn what they are, why they are important, and how you can ensure you're getting enough of these vital nutrients to maintain peak health and wellness. We'll also look at several popular diets and menu planning for your family.
