Last week, my hubby and I went out to dinner in Victoria. A waitress came up to me and asked me if I was Karen McCoy. Hmmm……yes….?
Indeed! In fact, when we came into the restaurant, my hubby pointed out her shapely arms and shoulders to me. (He always appreciates a shapely female physique!)
When I do a long-distance on-line training program like the 10-Week Challenge, I don’t get to meet all my clients, naturally, and I’m always hoping I can give them a quality program that yields results. And it did! (Chloe, left, with friend).
A few stats – Chloe lost 13 inches and 15 pounds. Her bodyfat dropped from 26% to 20%!
And she looks great! In fact, in looking at her before pictures, it doesn’t even look like the same girl… she stands taller and moves with grace and confidence too!
“My favourite body part to train is legs! I’m always amazed at how powerful my legs feel as I train them,” says Chloe.
