What’s Up This Month!
HLP ladies…did you know that summer is only a few weeks away? Yikes….so there is no time like the present to get summer-ready!
This month we’re back to using the power of Super Sets to help speed things along. But that doesn’t mean we back off on intensity.
We’re working on a 4-day split and training 5 days a week. Regular and Advanced HLP gals…you each have your own workout card with all the specifics, with suggested weights, sets and reps. And exercise order is important here! Carve, shape, tone…..
A snapshot of June’s WORKOUTS: Yep, 4 separate workouts, spread over 5 training days, which allows you to repeat one workout once a week, and then another one the next week.
