A snapshot of February’s WORKOUT: With our BLISS 4-day weight training body-split, we’re able to mamimize our fat loss and sculpting abilities! We look at a bunch of cool things this month – the PULL and HOLD lifting method will help you break through plateaus and make things more interesting! We’ve got an awesome giant 5 x 5 Circuit for Glutes (oh yeah)!
