Lift n’ Lose
You gotta lift weights to lose weight! In this unique class, created by Figure Competitor, trainer and nutritionist Karen McCoy, participants will be shown how to lift weights for maximum results using dumbbells, barbells, and machines. Clients start the journey using Karen’s Whole Body program, then move into a Double and Triple Split program for maximum shaping and toning! Pre and post body and fat measurements will be done. Topics include: how to eat to boost your metabolism, healthy fats, carb timing, calorie zig zagging, sugars and sweeteners, supplements, and cleansing. Clients will also experience the power of Karen’s 5-Day Carb Challenge and the McCoy Mini Juice Fast, and will receive Karen’s Clean Eating Cookbook for FREE.
Location: Panorama Recreation Centre Weight Room
Cost – $269 + tx (18 sessions)
1 hour: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, 10:30 am – 11:30 am.

Keep yourself motivated with this fun, fast-paced workout routine with Karen. A changing weights and cardio routine keeps your workouts fresh and your program effective!

Days: 9:00 – 10:00 am, Monday, Wednesday, Friday at Panorama Weight Room.
Cost – $12/class + tax. Please note – this is not a drop-in class. It is run on a month-to month basis. Please note: No classes will run in March, 2012.
Note: You must have permission from the trainer to pro-rate any classes (if you plan on going away). Sorry, no refund for missed classes.
