With the 10-week Challenge, your goal is simply the end date….10 weeks from NOW, how do YOU want to look and feel? Envision it, see it, feel it, and it WILL be YOURS! Write down the date, post it on your fridge, take a deep breathe…and let’s get going!
How it works:
- I will email you every Friday evening to see what we’re going to be working on for the week. You’ll also be given your password to access the teachings for that week.
- Type in your password and you’re in! Watch the exercise videos, print off your workout cards, and print off your nutritional info and support articles. Save them to your binder! You’ll want to refer to them later.
- You’ll also have access to our weekly Challengers Coaching Calls so you can ask questions and get the motivation you need! It’s extra support for YOU by ME! (Local dial-in numbers provided).
- Each week’s training, nutrition and spiritual themes build progressively on each other, to move you closer to your GOALS! There’s a lot to learn, so stay sharp!
- NOTE: Advanced athletes: You may qualify for my more advanced HLP workouts. (No extra cost). Please email me for details. We can discuss your training background, etc.

And I’m really excited, because I get to teach you all I know about getting in contest-shape by utilizing my BodyLife Integrated Sculpting System! Truly, you’ll be in the best shape of your life, 10 weeks from start date, if you stick to my plan!
Now I know a lot of you aren’t planning on doing a fitness competition like I used to do, but it’s my firm belief that without a concrete goal, we grind to a halt…that’s why so many people start a fitness regime but never stick with it!
