Teach the Teacher!

Last Friday, I had the pleasure of teaching teachers, my favourite group! Always engaging, always interesting!

During the break, I chatted with one woman who recently lost a lot of weight, and when I asked her about her success, she simply said:

I realize that I’ve got to stay on top of it, every day. Losing the weight is one thing. Keeping it off is another. You have to do something every day.”

This woman learned the not-so-secret secret to her weight loss success: you gotta have a daily plan, and stick with it!

Ah yes, a healthy reminder to us all! When you have a workable plan, you gain freedom, vitality, energy, and confidence. (And you look great too!)
