    Thanks Karen for the kudo’s. Not being one to nitpick, but being extremely proud of my accomplishments, I wanted to make some corrections to your facts and figures. I started your class at 169 pounds, not 164 as stated, and since then have lost since 32 pounds. I was actually higher than that by about 5 pounds, before I started with you, which was the big kickstart to get my a.. into the gym. The picture shows me at 169, and I can’t believe how out of shape I was, and how badly I felt. So, with a total of 37 pounds down, I feel better now than I did when I was 40. Of course my vision is not great, which belies my real age, so I could not proofread the draft you showed me. Karen, thank you for giving me the encouragement and the skills to get my life back in order. I feel great, and know I will never go back.
