    Great video! I was shocked the other day when I finally took notice of how much protein there is (or isn’t, I should say) in yogurt! There I was thinking that I was having well-rounded meals of yogurt with granola and getting my share of protein, when really I was not getting nearly enough. I love the idea of mixing the plain yogurt with some flavoured protein powder. I’ll have to give that a try tomorrow.
