About Karen
Karen is a certified trainer, sports nutritionist, athlete, author, motivational speaker, entrepreneur, wife and mother. She started McCoy Fitness & Health in 2001, in an effort to reach as many women as possible and to teach them about real, science-based training, nutrition and body/mind practices.
Karen's goal is simple – to inspire as many women as possible to live a healthy, rich life. Central to her work is teaching women the fine art of lifting weights. She combines her love of iron with her passion for clean eating, and her teachings around energy work and mind/body practices. The end result: to help women reclaim their power, reconnect with their inner strength, and to find their gifts and to bring them forward so they can live with passion, purpose and ease.
